Welcome to AI Receptionist Med Spa, a platform offered by Wellgrow Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these legally binding Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Services and License
   We provide access to a cloud-based SaaS platform and services for customer engagement through AI agents. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform.
2. User Responsibilities
   You agree to use the Services legally and responsibly. You must maintain the security of your account and credentials.
3. Fees and Billing
   All fees are communicated upfront. Subscriptions may auto-renew. You agree to our billing schedule unless canceled per your agreement.
4. Restrictions
   Do not:

• Use the platform to send unlawful or deceptive messages
• Reverse engineer or misuse our software
• Infringe intellectual property or violate laws

1. Data and Privacy
   Use is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to data processing, including for analytics and service improvement.
2. Termination
   We may suspend access for violation of terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your account.
3. Limitation of Liability
   We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
4. Disputes
   These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. You agree to resolve disputes via Hong Kong courts.
5. Modifications
   We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
