This policy applies to purchases made through the AI Receptionist Med Spa platform operated by Wellgrow Limited.

1. General Policy
   All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law.
2. Subscription Cancellation
   You may cancel any paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not refund past payments.
3. Chargebacks
   Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account. Contact us first to resolve issues amicably.
4. Legal
   We reserve the right to pursue collection or legal remedies if chargebacks are filed improperly.
